GoshGO provides real time help to its clients. The mainstay of the GoshGO help desk is real time email and telephone communications. However, from time to time we find virtual meetings to be productive and helpful. As such, we are equipped to meet with you in any format you prefer. In addition, if you are seeking ways to create a Help Desk for your business, please let us know. We can have you set up with your own help desk or, if your prefer, just a simple way to connect with your clients face to face or virtually, we can assist you right away.
GoshGO Help Desk Hours are everyday 24/7 by appointment only. Emergency Help Desk communications are by email from 8am - 8pm (E.S.T.), Monday through Friday.
Critical Help Desk communications are by telephone voice message 24/7, response time is within 15 minutes between the hours of 8am and 8pm (E.S.T.) and 2-4 hours all other hours.
